I recently stayed at Leopard Beach Resort and Spa and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely perfect — right on a beautiful beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. The resort has many outlets with a nice variety of food, and the staff throughout were very attentive and welcoming. However, the quality of the room could use improvement. There was some noticeable mold on the walls, and the bathroom is definitely in need of refreshing and renovation. I also encountered some issues with the restaurant department, which initially left a negative impression. Fortunately, after discussing the situation with the management team, some of the concerns were addressed. I appreciate their responsiveness and hope this feedback will support the resort’s ongoing development and improvements.

Great Service and friendly Staff. Location is beautiful as well and got expectation matched the pictures wasn’t disappointed. Could improve on having more utensils for the buffets as when there’s many guests plates/glasses become a bit scarce but overall everything was amazing keep it up!

房間很大，樓間間距也大，植物繁多，海景漂亮，吃的每天都換花樣，住了5天沒吃膩，服務員都很客氣，就是醫療缺乏資源，在海邊磕磕碰碰難免，創口貼都很少，希望改進。

Le pire hôtel de ma vie l’hôtel et très très sale j’ai retrouvé un cafard dans ma chambre j’informe la reception il arrive avec une bombe anti cafard. Le lendemain je perds une journée avec la responsable car je souhaite être remboursé et quitter cet hôtel. Elle me réponds que elle ne peux me rembourser que 188€ et m’offrir un massage et le repas du midi chose que je ne voulais pas de plus 188€ c’est même pas le prix d’une nuit là-bas.J’ai donc appeler le service client 訂房網站 et ils ont tout gérer les négociations. A FUIRE CET HÔTEL

Я столько никогда в жизни не ел, как в ресторанах на завтраке, обеде и ужине 😂😅 Мне очень понравилось расположение, первое линия, среди скал, стоят шезлонги и зонты, всегда сотрудники помогали, спрашивали как дела, чем помочь. Обезьяны бегают по отелю. Классное место!

Отдыхали семьями в первых числах мая. В этот отель приезжаем не в первый раз. Устраивает соотношение цена/качество. Единственное что сильно раздражает - это вечно пристающих местные жители пытающиеся тебе что-то продать с 100% наценкой. Решили сходить на появившийся остров пешком и поняли, что зря пошли без тапок. Безумно много ежей. Местные «продавцы походов» выручили нас своими тапками, но цену за 3 человека выкатили аж 9 000 Kes, которая сравнима со стоимостью моторной лодки, которая отвезет в место где есть много разнообразных рыбок, морских звезд, и прочих морских обитателей.

多次入住，特別推薦的酒店。環境、衞生、設施都是一流的。大部分的工作人員服務非常好。這次差評是因為酒店在系統中沒有查到我定的三個房間其中一間的訂單，儘管我已經向他們出示了我的訂單。一名前台工作人員甚至要求看我的付款記錄。最後的結果是，酒店最後在系統中查詢到了所有的訂單。因為酒店的錯誤，給我這次旅程帶來了非常不愉快的體驗。我感覺在我已經出示訂單的情況下，酒店工作人要要去看我的付款記錄是非常粗鄙的行為，我希望酒店房做出道歉。

Great location right by the beach ...amazing staff at the reception when checking in . I especially loved the rooms, they are modern, clean and no mosquitoes. I would just recommend a little improvement at the restaurant section , our pizza wasn't nicely done , but then again the hotel.was.hosting dinners every night maybe the staff was tired . Otherwise it's a great hotel and the nights were always fun , child friendly and a great spot to have a good time

Beyond my expectation concerning the money I paid. The hotel is located in the right end of Diani beach. It provides complementary dinner and breakfast (buffets), and shows during dinner time. All staffs are friendly and very responsive.
